Billie Benefits – A Benefits Services Journey (Video of Interactive class follows)
This Class is designed for new employees to get an overview of Company Paid Benefits. I developed the character “Billie Benefits” who served as the guide for the journey which traveled to 5 “planets” and arrived at the destination’s B-Station, where the traveler received a “briefing” of another Company Paid Benefit. At the end, the successful traveler could take their printed or digital Certificate of Completion to Benefits for a “swag” item, if they collected all 5 Billie Bucks. I chose a computer voice ala “Hal” in 2001 Space Odyssey – except female.
